Vanaashrya is nestled in the Aravalli hills, in Rajasthan, around 200kms from Delhi. A drive to around 4 hrs brings you to the interiors of Rajasthan, where nestled in the greens 21 wallled cottages and 6 swiss tents offering a luxurious stay. The lush green resort in the forest, has a bar, pool and restaurant. The food is good, and the staff very hospitable. No televisions in the rooms, and peacocks and birds for company, its a place to jsut relax and rewind. Summers will be obviously very hot here but monsoons can be a wonderful time to visit.

Outside the temple we see these tombs.
The area is very windy, and ofcourse beautiful. To one side we see the fort walls extending, and the vast expanse of yellow flowers of sarso. As we walk through the farms we arrive at a diaplated temple of Buddha, where apart from the statue of Buddha nothing else remains.
